Arley Hall & Gardens

Arley Hall and its surrounding Estate grounds are a popular film location having played host to many period and contemporary dramas. In addition, Arley is a popular venue for commercial filming and photography, including advertisements and product launches.

Indoor Opportunities: Arley Hall is an impressive Victorian country house, built in the Jacobean style. The Hall has a number of spacious, naturally-lit staterooms, each given its own character by the elaborate plasterwork, panelling and impressive working fireplaces. From the magnificent oak-panelled Library, the Drawing Room with its elaborate gilding to the Gallery with its stained glass windows, the Hall offers a series of historic, opulent and authentic backdrops.

In 2009 we opened our Olympia Barn; an C18th Barn which has been renovated to a very high standard. The combination between existing Arley heritage with a new contemporary twist and design, Olympia is a beautiful and versatile filming venue boasting its own private paved courtyard.
