Culcreuch Castle Hotel is set in 1,600 acres of park and woodland, including a private loch.
The grounds can boast of having plenty of space for the unit base; location catering, motor homes, generators, etc. All can be accommodated out of sight.

The Castle was built in 1296 and added to over the centuries.
The old Tower is rectangular in plan and contains 3 storeys and an attic. Built of stone with dressed quoins the walls are topped by a parapet and a chequered corbel course, under a slate roof.
The front wing was built in the first half of the eighteenth century and rises to the same height of the Tower with 4 storeys. Built of stone under a slate roof, it exactly matches the original tower. It contains the Main Entrance along with the impressive "dog legged" staircase.
