The Forest is a grand Victorian country house in 4 acres dating back to before 1709 and recently restored into a 5 star B&B. Along with its 3 self catering cottages it nestles in a narrow valley bordered by a woods and a little river. The quiet lane hardly sees any traffic apart from the odd tractor which makes it ideal for filming.
The 5 luxury en-suite B&B bedrooms have Satellite TV, DVD and WIFI. There is a Spacious Drawing Room, Dining room, Games Room and stables making it ideal not only as a film location but as a unit base as well.
Its large entrance hall contains an impressive oak staircase and the drawing room, dining room and bedrooms retain many original Victorian features from arched windows and oak doors to elegant coving and architraves.
The Forest is not only ideal as a Film location it can also accommodate cast and crew, be used as a unit base and has facilities for End of Shoot Parties. It has plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers and the secluded location ensures security and tranquility.
