Ground Floor
The spacious, modern ground floor is pillar free and has over 1,000m² of floor space and a ceiling height of over 5 metres. The area is ideal for set builds allowing you to transform the area to work with any brief with large loading doors for vehicle access into the Grandstand.

First Floor
The 1st floor is glass sided on three sides and has stunning views across the racecourse. It is ideal for use as the catering area for the Ground or 2nd Floor. The area can also be directly accessed from the car park in front of the Grandstand.

Second Floor
The 2nd floor of the Grandstand is the main conference area, it has full greyout, 3 phase power and is pillar free, it is suitable as a conference space or can be set up as a restaurant.
