Primrose Cottage
Primrose Cottage is situated in four acres of gardens and ancient woodland on the banks of the River Tamar, located between Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. There is a woodland walk leading a private track down to the River Tamar where they have fishing rights.Built in the Eighteenth Century the Cottage was extensively extended in the 1970's and has recently undergone major sympathetic renovation to enhance the original features.
The cottage has three Bed and Breakfast suites with wonderful views across The Tamar Valley.
The house is nine miles from the historic Stannary town of Tavistock and Four miles from Launceston the ancient capital of Cornwall. The owner, Louise Wall, is very media-friendly and has plenty of space for unit parking and details of first class locations, which are nearby.
