Square Sail Shipyard
The Georgian Period Harbour at Charlestown, Cornwall is owned and operated by Square Sail Shipyard. Home to their fleet of three magnificent square rigged period sailing ships. The harbour provides a wonderful filming location, with the lock-in facility controlling the water levels for the inner harbour basin, providing a unique 'film tank' facility for day or night filming. The harbour can be dressed to represent any period in time. From the harbour the ships can proceed directly to the open sea for filming establishing/sailing shots etc.
Square Sail has been involved in the film and television industry for over 30 years and can provide a wide range of services and facilities for the film and TV industry, including harbour hire, ship hire, safety and camera boat hire, marine co-ordination etc.
