Co-located in South Cumbria

Overview
Two Georgian houses in close proximity together with 6,000 acres of Cumbrian fell land, small dry stone wall enclosed fields and substantial woodlands. The River Duddon (immortalized by Wordsworth) runs through the land to the Duddon Estuary. There are a number of largely unaltered 17th Century barns, and an 18th century iron furnace (the most complete in England and an Ancient Monument)

Broadgate Estate
- white Palladian 8 bed roomed manor house as backdrop and also available for interior scenes with Georgian furniture and decoration.
