We are delighted to introduce Eggesford Barton House as a new location, accommodation for cast and crew and as a Unit Base/Production Headquarters whilst filming in North Devon.Barry Lyndon, The French Lieutenant’s Woman, Howards End, Isadora, Knights of the Round Table, A Matter of Life and Death, The Remains of the Day Revolution, Sense and Sensibility and War Horse are just a few of the many productions filmed in the area and Eggesford Barton House is ideally placed to serve as a location for further types of Period Drama whilst being able to accommodate cast & crew and serve as a Unit Base all at the same time.
Once the main farm for The Earls of Portsmouth’s Eggesford estate, it offers exclusive use of The House, a unique, Grade 11 listed property over 300 years old.
